DBT for Binge Eating Disorder

This group will empower group members to make lasting transformations and build rich and meaningful lives. Group members will learn techniques to achieve emotional stability and behavioral control, so that they can find freeform from binge eating.
Group members will learn and practice the following:
Mindfulness: Being fully aware and present without judgment.
Distress Tolerance: Effectively managing intense emotions and urges. Freeing yourself from destructive habits and suffering.
Emotion Regulation: Identifying and understanding your emotional responses. Decreasing or changing unwanted emotions.
